Tilly and the Buttons – Billie

The Billie sweater dress from Tilly and the buttons is super cute and has such a fun cut out pocket detail on the dress version! This was one of Minerva’s sewing kits. You get the pattern, fabric and any notions needed to make the pattern. For this one, that included matching thread, clear elastic and a pack of needles.
