Flutter Sleeve Hack
Flutter sleeves are so stinking cute and a fairly simple and straight forward hack. Lucky for you, I made a little video showing how I did it! I probably could have added a little bit more to the flutter on this dress since the fabric isn’t super drapey, but it still turned out so cute!
I used the Constance from Sew a Little Seam for this particular video. You can apply this method to just about any sleeve to make it a flutter. The fabric I used in the photo is a Rib Knit from Mily Mae Fabrics.
Usually you will add 1-2″ at each section. If you want your sleeve even more full, you can also add another cut line on the outside sections that I skipped in this video, though I think more of the flutter should come from the middle sections of the sleeve (I also could also be incorrect in my thinking).
