Welcome to Day 4 of the sew along! After today, your shirt will be compete! You can go ahead and give yourself a nice pat on the back. If you are just tuning in, feel free to use the links above to jump around to the other posts to see what you missed. There has been some good tips and tricks shared if you are new to sewing or sewing with knits.

Today is a pretty straight forward day with sewing up the side seams, finishing the sleeves with a cuff or hem (depending on the option you chose), and finishing the bottom hem. If you want to watch today’s video, you only need to watch the video based on the sleeve finish since everything else will be included in both. If you are going to tie off any thread, make sure you are tying in a square knot! If it’s not a square knot, it will eventually come untied and your stitching could come undone. You definitely don’t want that! If you are interested in a coverstitch for hemming, I have the Brother CV2340.
